STATUS INDICATOR: The Status Indicator Light alerts you to possible issues with the circuit, eliminating the uncertainty involved in most other GFCI outlets.
WHEN DEFECTS ARE DETECTED: If a self-test detects a defect that prevents the GFCI from responding to a ground fault, patented Lockout Action kicks in to prevent the reset and use of the circuit, keeping you safe.
DESIGN: Has wired terminals that are compatible with both back and side wiring, as well as external back wire clamps that visually indicate the correct wire seating. The outlet's reduced depth makes it a snap to install in nearly any electrical box.
